256 1. ALUMINIUM PROFILES A. EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM PROFILES Chemical composition and mechanical properties of precision tolerant aluminium pro les made of AIMgSI 0,5 aluminium alloy conform to TS EN 573-3 and TS EN 755-2, respectively. Since these pro les are in F22 condition, they are capable of punching, notching, machining and bending. They are obtained by pressing aluminium alloys annealed at su cient temperature from pro le moulds of various sections in horizontal or level extrusion presses by direct or indirect method. Painting of extruded aluminium pro les: Extruded pro les are painted by electrostatic powder coating technique. Paint thickness : 80 - 150 microns. Powder Coating Technique: The ready-to-paint pro les taken from the chromate basket are painted with kribo guns that spray 200 g of powder paint per minute from the paint booth, work according to the tribo system, the paint and air ow rates are adjusted from the control unit outside according to the pro le type, and the painted pro les are passed through the baking oven to ensure that the paint adheres to the surface and hardens. B. ANODISED ALUMINIUM PROFILES (E6EV1) Anodising is the coating of the pressed pro le surface against corrosion, abrasion and electrical conductivity by anodic oxidation. Anodised coating xing quality conforms to TS 4922. Anodizing thickness : 10 - -12 microns. 2. GLASS A. POLYSTYRENE GLASS They are semi-transparent sheets formed by bringing a plastic-based material in sheet form and patterning it. Thickness: 1.9 mm to 44 mm. B. TEMPERED GLASS Tempering is done by heating the glass to the softening point in the furnace and rapidly cooling the glass surface. As a result of the tempering process, the mechanical strength of the glass increases, and when the glass breaks, it breaks into smaller and non-pointed pieces than normal glass. The number of particles in 25 cm2 should be at least 15 for 3 mm thick glass, at least 40 for 6 mm thick glass and there should be no glass fragments longer than 10 mm between the fragments. The dimensional and mechanical properties of tempered glass in Hüppe comply with EN 12150-2 standard. When a sand bag weighing 45 kg and lled with sand grains of 0.6 - 1.2 mm in size is tied to a rope with a length of 1.2 m and dropped at an angle of 30 degrees, there should be no breakage in the glass. Note: Shower enclosure glass is not covered under warranty. 3. MAGNET They are plastic materials with magnetic elds that allow sliding or moving panels to be connected by sticking together and thus also serve as a sealant. Density: : DIN 53479 (3.61 ± 0.3,) g/cm3 Hardness (Shore-A) : DIN 53505 (53 ± 5) Tear Resistance : DIN 53504 (3 N/mm2) Breaking Elongation : 200 m /min Tensile Force : 505 - 200 N/cm ± %10 Flexural Strength : 23 ± 3 Lubrication Test : +70°C Tear Resistance : 2N/mm2 Installation and Technical Information Material Technical Information
