266 Technical 1. Acrylic Shower Trays / Bathtubs Acrylic plates are manufactured from PMMA rawmaterial and imported from Europe. a) The acrylic plates used in our products are produced with CELL CAST technology. With this technology; 1st class surface quality Excellent physical properties and heat formability are obtained. b) Acrylic plate surfaces are coated with a special film for protection. This film can be easily removed when the product is installed in place. Thus, the acrylic surface is protected until the last place of use. c) The acrylic surface can be easily cleaned. Cleaning of the product should be carried out in accordance with the recommendations for use and care. d) Minor scratches on the acrylic surface can be removed with soft sanding depending on the depth. e) European white color is used as standard in our acrylic products. f) Complies with TSE EN 298 and TSE EN 193 standards. g) Our Acrylic Plates are produced in accordance with EN 263 norms and have the following technical specifications: a) Pump: Two different types of pumps are used in our products depending on the selected system. Both pumps; Insulation class: F / Motor protection class: IPX5. If the pump is operated when there is no water in the system, the motor will overheat due to improper use. In this case, the pump with high protection class switches itself off as a safety measure. The engine should not be restarted until it has cooled down. b) Blower: The blower used in our air jet products is CE certified. c) Water Jets: SDepending on the selected product model, the water jets used between 6 and 7 pieces are chrome plated on ABS. The direction of the jets can be adjusted and the intensity of the water can be adjusted with the help of the regulator. Parts of the water jets can be removed from their places and easily cleaned. d) Air Jets: All of our air jet models use 12 air jets and the air jets are chrome plated on ABS. e) Suction System: In the suction unit used in our hydromassage systems, there is a safety system that prevents the suction of the blocking material if objects such as hair etc. or any part of the body come in front of the suction and block the suction. This feature is available in all our systems as standard for the safety of you and your children. The cover of the suction unit is chrome-plated on ABS. f) SLevel Sensor: Level sensor is used in all of our electronically controlled products. The level sensor prevents the operation of the system before the water eaches a certain level, ensuring the safe operation of the pump. g) SystemControllers: System controls are determined in accordance with the hydromassage system to be used. All of our controllers are chrome-plated. h) Underwater Lighting: Our underwater lighting system can illuminate in 8 different colors. The lighting system is certified by TÜV. The desired color can be selected by means of the controller. i) Vibration Chock: It is used to prevent vibration and noise of the pump. j) Hoses: Hygienic flexible hoses made of PVC material are used in system assembly. k) Control Box: All control boxes used in our systems have IP56 protection level. 2. Panels The front and side panels used in our acrylic products are produced from Acrylic material in bathtubs and from a "polymeric composite" material called " Vacrylex (outside Acrylic, inside ABS)" in shower trays. 3. Feet The foot system used in our products consists of galvanised profile, galvanised studs and nuts, ABS panel supports and adjustable shoes. 4. Siphons 5.1 SystemComponents: Siphons are manufactured in accordance with EN 274 norms (valid for Viega and bathtub siphons). Siphon covers are made of ABS material with stainless plastering or chrome plating. Shallow siphons are used in shower trays, odour barrier is available. Desired water discharge value is provided according to EN 274. 5. Hydromassage Systems Our materials used in hydromassage systems are imported from Europe and all of our hydromassage systems are CE certified.
